Depending on how you use the service, we may process:

• Account data — email address, authentication identifiers, and profile details you provide;
• Listing data — horse descriptions, media, location at the level you choose to publish, and seller contact details shown on listings;
• Inquiry data — messages you send to sellers through the platform;
• Technical data — IP address, device/browser type, approximate location derived from IP, and logs needed for security and operation;
• Consent & preference data — cookie choices and browser-stored preferences (for example saved horses);
• Support correspondence — when you contact us.

• Provide the marketplace (accounts, listings, inquiries) — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
• Secure and operate the platform — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)), balanced against your rights;
• Legal obligations — where we must retain or disclose data under Swedish/EU law (Art. 6(1)(c));
• Optional analytics and marketing cookies — consent (Art. 6(1)(a); ePrivacy). You can withdraw anytime via Cookie settings.

We may share personal data with:

• Infrastructure providers such as hosting, authentication, storage, and email delivery (processors under data processing terms);
• Other users when you publish contact details or send an inquiry;
• Authorities when required by law;
• Professional advisers under confidentiality, where needed.

We do not sell your personal data. If processors are located outside the EU/EEA, we use appropriate safeguards (for example Standard Contractual Clauses).

We keep account and listing data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward needed for disputes, security, and legal obligations. Inquiry and log data are kept only as long as necessary for the purposes above, then deleted or anonymised.

• erase data (“right to be forgotten”);
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• data portability; and
• withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and least-privilege practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

The service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Contact us if you believe we have done so.

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. Non-essential cookies are used only with your consent.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, additional notice on the site.
