By using We are Equi (https://weareequi.com), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The marketplace is operated by WeFlipped Group AB (org.nr 559535-6857) from Sweden. These terms are governed by Swedish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live in the EU/EEA.

We are Equi is an online marketplace that connects people who want to buy or sell horses. We provide listing tools, discovery features, and related communication channels. We are not a party to sales contracts between buyers and sellers unless we expressly say otherwise in writing.

Listing a horse for private sellers is currently free of charge. Features, eligibility, and pricing may change; material changes will be communicated on the site.

You must provide accurate information when you create an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal capacity in your country) to create an account and publish listings.

When you publish a listing, you warrant that:

• you have the right to offer the horse for sale;
• information, photos, and videos are truthful, not misleading, and owned by you or used with permission;
• the horse description complies with applicable animal welfare and advertising rules; and
• you will update or remove the listing promptly when the horse is sold, withdrawn, or details change.

We may edit, refuse, archive, or remove listings that breach these terms, applicable law, or our quality standards.

Horses are living animals. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence, including veterinary checks, ownership verification, and transport arrangements. We are Equi does not guarantee the condition, pedigree, performance, or fitness for purpose of any horse.

Some listings may also appear on partner platforms (for example hastannons.se). Partner terms and attribution may apply in addition to these terms. We are not responsible for the accuracy of content originating from third-party feeds beyond reasonable technical processing.

You must not:

• use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-export listings without permission;
• interfere with security or other users’ access;
• upload malware or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights; or
• misrepresent affiliation with We are Equi.

The We are Equi name, branding, site design, and software are protected. You retain rights in your listing content, and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute that content for operating and promoting the marketplace.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, We are Equi is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions between users, except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory Swedish or EU law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we need to protect users, animals, or the platform. You may stop using the service and delete or archive your listings at any time via your account tools where available.

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance, except where further consent is required by law.
